Today we launched a new product CDF, CDF is called Composite Density Fiberboard, it is a type of board made from wood fibers and other plant fibers, bonded together under high temperature and pressure. It is characterized by good stability and high density.
Key Features:
1. High density and high strength: CDF can provide high load-bearing capacity and bending resistance, suitable for applications requiring higher strength.
2. Strong stability: It is least affected by humidity and temperature changes, reducing the risk of deformation and cracking.
3. Environmental protection: CDF usually uses environmentally friendly adhesives and manufacturing processes and meets high environmental standards.
Application
1. Door skin, Provide same color door frame
2. Surface decoration: same way as press HPL
Its appearance is similar to HPL, but it is cheaper than HPL and has more colors, such as our all synchronized design and top design(normal design). And for it size, it has 4*8ft and 4*9 ft, which can be pasted on plywood, mdf, particle and block board directly.
