1. Many tires have a rolling direction and must be placed on the correct side of the car
2. Cars with TPMS (tire pressure monitoring) must be handled separately, this requires knowledge
3. If the jack is placed in the wrong place on the car, this can lead to injuries
4. Often there are different wheel bolt lengths on summer and winter tire rims - this MUST be done correctly
5. Wheel bolts must be tightened with torque, too little and much power are just as wrong
The last two points are especially important, incorrect bolt length or poorly tightened bolts can cause wheels to loosen and life-threatening situations can arise.
Do you stick to one of the « big »suppliers, you get winter tires that give you a good grip on both snow and ice, stability on bare asphalt and good service life.
