Talenteez is a new-age remote startup where we boost companies with the power of talent. We run on a passion for recruitment. Though Talenteez has recently set its foot in the market, our founding member(s) has experience managing recruitment and talent ops for clients like Happay (part of CRED), TikTok, Amazon, etc. We operate globally and without timesheets. :)

What are we looking for?👀
Taking the next step, we are looking forward to hiring a sourcing recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis.
You will:
- develop and maintain a pipeline of talent from a variety of sources.
- execute recruitment strategies to identify and hire top technical talent, so being creative & an eye for talent is a must.
- screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate applicants.
- make the best use of automation to work smart.
- liaise with clients to understand the role, and bring out the data insights and talent audits.
- support candidates throughout the process and create a remarkable candidate experience for them.
- create reports and provide feedback on recruiting efforts
- and most importantly, have fun!
You are...
- someone with 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment space.
- experience closing tech and non-tech roles, preferably in European markets.
- strong understanding of latest recruiting trends and techniques.
- excellent communicator with the ability to make candidates feel comfortable and support them through the process.
- data-oriented. You know how to play around with the insights and identify the bottlenecks (and solutions).
Note: preference would be given to those who have LinkedIn recruiter/sales navigator license.
Our offerings
- This is a contract-to-hire role (6 months) with the potential of converting into full-time based on your performance.
- Since we work on a project basis, you will be compensated for each role you close based on its seniority and difficulty.
- Fully remote, but as we expand, you will have an option to work from a coworking space in Delhi/NCR twice a week.
- Easy-going environment. We are not rigid in structure but we expect you to be 100% dedicated to the work assigned.
