Online communities can foster meaningful connections, but these bonds become even stronger when people come together in person. This idea came to life at the Wonderland Wishes Offline Charity Event, a hands-on volunteer day organized by AviaGames in collaboration with Foster Love, a nonprofit supporting children and youth in the foster care system. Part of the Wonderland Wishes campaign, the event took place on January 16, 2026, at Foster Love’s Brea, California location, welcoming up to 50 participants for a day of creativity, teamwork, and heartfelt giving.
Designed to transform online engagement into real-world impact, the event encouraged attendees to step away from their screens and contribute directly. Foster Love students, players, and Avia staff joined forces at interactive activity stations, building connections while creating meaningful gifts for the foster community. From the very start, the atmosphere was vibrant and energized, with every activity centered on making a positive difference.
Volunteers spent the day decorating Sweet Cases filled with comforting essentials, assembling STEM Boxes with educational kits and motivational notes, and working together to build bicycles with guidance from Foster Love staff. The event also included a special session on the gaming industry, where AviaGames team members introduced participants to various careers in game development and creative roles, inspiring future opportunities. Through personal interviews and real-life stories shared throughout the day, one message became clear: when people unite with purpose, their collective efforts create meaningful and lasting impact.
