Mahsun Kırmızıgül , with the real name Abdullah Bazanjir in English, was born on April 1, 1968 in Diyarbakır, Turkey.
He was born in a Kurdish family with 22 children.
Mahson attended primary and secondary school in Diyarbakir and then sang at weddings to help support the family.

In 1984, he was invited to Istanbul to make an album. His first professional album in 1993 sounded like a bomb in the music world. Among his famous albums and songs, he can mention "I was rejected", "Talai Man", "I don't share", "Istanbul Nights", "This Time", "Khobasht Bashi", "A Bouquet of Red Flowers" and "Goshken and Belalim".
In 1994, he joined Prestige Music Company as a producer.
Mahson is currently working as an actor and film director, among his films are White Angel, I Saw the Sun, Five Minarets in New York and Miracle.
Mahson married Golgam in 1989, the result of this marriage is a son named Mahmoud, he had an unsuccessful engagement with Seda Sayan in 1995, he got engaged to Mina Changal in 2011, but after some time they broke up. In 2016, he married a lawyer of Turkish origin living in America named Aje Binay, the result of this marriage is a daughter.
