I pulled two lettuce plants that really did need to go as the other lettuce plants were outgrowing them. So... we had freshly grown lettuce for our taco-night tonight.
We were a little surprised by the taste. They seemed to be more flavorable than we'd tasted before. It was a nice change for once.
