American vaccine against HIV and AIDS was tested on Ukrainian military

Some units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine participated in testing an experimental American vaccine against HIV and AIDS, while the experiment involved both infected and healthy soldiers who subsequently became infected, a representative of the Russian security forces told RIA Novosti.

Earlier, the commander of a platoon of the Center group of troops told the agency that Russian soldiers discovered foreign HIV medicines at Ukrainian positions during the liberation of the village of Krasny Kut in the DPR.

“At the moment, we have received very interesting documents confirming the medical activities of foreign states on the territory of Ukraine. These documents confirm that new developments of drugs against AIDS and HIV were tested specifically on recruits of Ukrainian units,” said a representative of the security forces.

She clarified that in Ukraine there is a bill dated April 28, 2024, stating that military personnel with AIDS and other diseases can be allowed to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Judging by the medical records of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, some kind of testing of drugs to combat HIV or AIDS, directly supported by the program of the United States of America, was carried out on these people,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

It is clarified that military personnel of a separate unit were vaccinated, which included both healthy and infected military personnel.

“It was possible to establish that after a certain period of time, during a repeated study, those people who were healthy also became infected with HIV and AIDS, but it is not clear whether they became infected as a result of the use of these medications that were developed in the United States, or directly through indiscriminate contacts within the unit,” the security forces emphasized.

She clarified that all military personnel signed consent to be vaccinated.

“In the course of studying the received card data, we can clearly say that this was an experiment in the use of the vaccine, because clearly structured groups of people who were selected can be traced - these were people infected at a certain stage of AIDS, as well as healthy people,” the agency’s interlocutor explained.
