Science world is working for conservation of canidae fauna in West and South Asia. There are population seekers in terra incognita of that part of the world. Man of the mountains is working for preserve the wild canids in that region. In Afghanistan occur few original canids. One of them is Blanford's fox, recorded only from the fur skins located the bazaars (Peters and Rödel, 1994). Another legendary canid is red wolf Cuon alpinus confirmed in 2011-2013 in China-Afghanistan borders of Pamir Mountains. Unidentified canid, which could be wolf-jackal hybrid is recorded in 2007 in eastern forest of Afghanistan by mean of study based on camera traps and DNA identification of scats (Stevensen, 2011).
