Ottawa-Carleton Lifeskills Inc is a non-profit organization that offers encouragement, opportunities, and new experiences to adults with developmental disabilities in Ottawa. The team works to support individuals in developing their full potential and becoming more independent in a supportive environment.
They serve adults with disabilities that include: Down syndrome, dual diagnosis, FASD, Asperger syndrome, and Autism. Their programs are designed for adults with developmental disabilities and their families in a friendly and supportive setting to enhance independence, self-expression, and socialization.

The leisure program is designed for individuals who enjoy games, music, art, cooking, and socializing with peers in a low-demand and relaxing atmosphere.
