Before you have surgery, there are some things you need to do to prepare:
Make sure you are not sick
Get a prescription for antibiotics, painkillers and cleansing solution (40mg) and pick it up at the pharmacy
Shower at home with the cleansing solution the day before the operation
Wear clean clothes
Remove piercings, jewelry and nail polish
Stop taking blood thinners at least 14 days before surgery
For those who live far away, it can be an advantage to have a place to stay for a few days near the clinic. Having to drive far right after the operation can be uncomfortable and tiring. It is important that you take it easy for the first 48 hours after the operation.

Do the following after the operation
After the operation, it is important that you take it easy. For the first few days, lie as still as possible, with your upper body raised. You can start walking around gently after the next five days, but a lot of physical activity is not recommended.
In the days after the operation, you may experience chest pain, lightheadedness and nausea. Take painkillers by appointment and drink plenty of water, especially the first 24 hours. The tenderness of the head can make you very dizzy, so you need to be careful when getting up to avoid falling.
Any drains can be removed after one to two days. The bandage after the operation can be removed after 3 days, while the tape should be on for at least 2 weeks. For the first 6 weeks, after the bandage has been removed, wear a sports bra. During this period you can shower nicely, but remember to put on new tape afterwards.
We recommend that you tape the scars with skin-friendly tape for 2 months. Then they heal better and disappear over time. If they heal poorly, you can get a correction up to 1 year after the operation.

If correction is necessary due to errors, or the results are not satisfactory, this is done free of charge. This is within a one-year warranty period, provided that there is a medical indication and a clear potential for improvement.
RESULT
The final result after the operation can be seen after 3-6 months. A check-up must be agreed with the clinic to see how the healing process has been, and whether corrections may need to be made. After one year, a final inspection is carried out.
