You finished your training — great! But before you apply for jobs, it helps to know what employers are actually looking for. Here's what matters most.
Safety first. This is the number one thing every employer cares about. Job sites can be dangerous, and companies need operators who follow safety rules and take the job seriously. ATS training covers safety from day one, so graduates are ready to work responsibly from the start.
