There is violence beyond wars and blood. There is a violence within, that requires your attention.
There is violence in the way we eat, unfocused, with no respect for the food or our bodies.
There is violence in sex. A hurried effort to a moment of pleasure, leaving you just as quickly as it came.
Where is the exploration of taste? Food or bodies.
With judgements and inhibhitions abound there is no space to be present.
To not be present, is to be violent with the opportunity that is life.
To bathe, eat, love, listen, see, write... to verb by being present is Ahimsa.
