  • Eggs cooked any way you like them (make sure there's no sugar added!)
  • Avocado toast with salsa or guacamole (you can use any low-carb bread)
  • Breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, cheese and sausage wrapped in a tortilla
  • Low Carb Pancakes - no flour or sugar! (Mix together coconut flour, baking soda, salt and eggs)
  • Smoothies made with spinach, berries and coconut milk (use spinach and berries only if they're fresh—frozen berries will have too much sugar!)
  • Eggs Baked in Avocado - These keto eggs bakes are cooked inside an avocado! They're quick, easy, and delicious!
  • Chicken frittata: The whole eggs in this recipe mean your meal will have a bit more fat than with egg whites alone.
  • Sausage Egg Cups - This recipe will make you want to never order breakfast again! Two mini sausage patties, an egg & cheese wrapped up in a cute little package – this recipe is so easy and so good
  • Chicken salad: The avocados in this dish help keep the carbs low while keeping your morning nutritious and filling. It's best served with whole grain toast or wrapped up in lettuce for added crunch.
  • Overnight Oats in a Jar: This is a great way to start your morning off right—just put everything in a jar, shake it up, and go! You can also make it the night before so you don't have to worry about cooking in the morning.
  • Frozen breakfast burrito: This one is pretty self-explanatory and easy to make, but it's a true lifesaver for those mornings when you just want to get out the door as quickly as possible. Just spread some butter on the tortilla before microwaving it so it doesn't dry out completely, and add whatever ingredients you prefer. I like putting sausage, cheese, and peppers in mine, but you could also add bacon if you're feeling extra indulgent.

SOME RECIPES FOR KETO DISHES

1.Easy Lazy Keto Pancakes

These pancakes are so easy to make, even a caveman could do it! They're also low-carb and gluten free, so they'll keep you on track with your diet goals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour (or any other nut flour)
  • 2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.

2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add batter to the pan using a 1/4 cup measuring cup or ladle - about 1/4 cup batter per pancake.

3. Cook until bubbles form on top of pancakes, then flip and cook until cooked through (about 1 minute).

4. Serve warm with fresh fruit or maple syrup if you want.

2. Lazy Keto Breakfast Sandwich

Instructions:

1.In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup shredded cheese (we recommend cheddar or Swiss), 1 egg, and salt and pepper to taste.

2. Mix well.

3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.

4. Pour the batter into the pan to form a circle about 6 inches in diameter.

5. Cook until golden brown on both sides and remove from heat.

6. Place 2 slices bacon on top of each pancake and fold in half (like an envelope).

7. Serve with maple syrup or other toppings if desired.

3. Eggs in a Hole

Easy to make, this breakfast is a go-to for lazy ketoers. You just need one pan (or plate) and two eggs.

Instructions:

1.Heat your pan on medium heat, add butter, then place your bread in the pan.

2. Crack an egg into each piece of bread, let it cook for a few minutes, then flip the bread over to cook the other side of your egg.

3. The yolk will be cooked by this point, but you can add cheese and let it melt while you wait for the white parts to cook through.

4. Breakfast Sausage Casserole

This recipe is a great way to use up leftovers from dinner while making breakfast at the same time.

Instructions:

Just chop up whatever meat you have left over and throw it in a casserole dish with some eggs (you can also add veggies if you want). Season with salt and pepper like normal and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until set.

5. Bacon and egg cups

These babies are made with just five ingredients: eggs, bacon, cheese (whatever kind you like!), salt and pepper. You can also add some chopped spinach or tomatoes if you want to get fancy. Just mix everything together in a bowl until it's well combined and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It's seriously that simple!

6. Turkey avocado roll-ups

So easy and so tasty. Just slice up some turkey breast and avocado then wrap them up in the lettuce leaves of your choice (I like red leaf lettuce). Top with a little bit of salt and pepper if desired then roll them up like a burrito. You can also add some tomato slices or cucumber slices as an extra bonus. These rolls will keep well in the fridge until lunch time!

7. Shrimp Scampi with Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)

This is a delicious meal that doesn't take much time at all—and it's healthy too! Just throw everything together and cook it for about 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
