Hello, This journey with my siblings and cousins was meaningful to me because we don't get to travel together very frequently. The ITA Airways New York Office personnel was aware of this and went above and beyond to help us. They made sure that everyone was comfortable during our trip, and their help at the airport was excellent. They were constantly there to help, whether it was with luggage, procedures, or directing us to the appropriate locations. Our lengthy trip felt easy and pleasurable because of it.
