Then discuss your paint job. Let them know how big your property is and what kind of paint you want. Let them know if you want them to buy paint and supplies or if you want them to bring it. I usually prefer they paint my place with a spray guy and use a brush for edging and touch up. In which case I need to make sure they have a spray gun. You may prefer roller brush over spray paint and that is fine too. Just make sure that they have experienced staff to do it.
