After running inditoot mastodon instance for a year.
We closed it down due to it’s higher resource requirement, that increased the total cost of maintaining server.
The lack of funds and donation didn’t allow us to continue further.
Community wanted to start the project again, This time we make sure to keep this in mind and take better decision.
Inditoot Social uses Pleroma a better solution over mastodon that uses tiny amount of resource compare to mastodon.
Inditoot, which used to be the desi instance of mastodon, has become an instance of pleroma and is booting from scratch at social.inditoot.com.
