Alas, it seemed like a great deal when I first signed the contract. The sales rep said I'll never have to pay for another expensive hotel again. After not being able to book several desired travel dates at my newly purchased timeshare resort, I was told "sorry your unit is not available". I tried another date, same answer. AUGG. I Googled "timeshare transfer" and "timeshare attorneys" and did some online research. I took initiative and wrote down a list of the best timeshare transfer and exit companies and I just picked up the phone and started talking to their intake managers. I immediately breathed a sigh of relief after learning about my consumer rights and protections under timeshare law.

Cannot afford to may the monthly fee. The seller promised us earlier that in 45 days after signing the contract the monthly payment is half the amount we have signed up. We have waited for the Result of their negotiation. It did not work out as we never heard from them anymore as allotted time relapsed. We were told at presentation that they would buy back, when we saw that to take a cruise we would need to use a ton of points and it would take off 800 dollars of the overpriced cruise. Tried to cancel then but said we signed the contract and would not take back. We want out now as the travel industry has been decimated by the virus we may let go in foreclosure if a transfer law firm cannot help me.
I signed a contract with the unlimited vacation club. They have been calling us at 8 am, 11 am and 2 pm and all other hours of the days 7 days a week with sales. We purchased a 30k contract intoxicated in Mexico, paid 5 k and then called to cancel. They said they would not and they expect their payment. We disputed the charge, were refunded our money and now need to fight them out of the contract. The calling is obnoxious enough that I am considering a law suit as well.
How can i get recover my money from timeshare? I paid in full two months ago and i don't want it anymore.The problem is i signed the contract papers without read it and now i'm desperate! Signed a contract for a type of timeshare-pre-purchase ten weeks and membership in a trading club 11 days ago in Mexico. I tried to cancel five days later and they told me my contract isn't cancellable. Now I want out as my trade in will cost me more to hand over...and even more if I want the "equity", which I don't trust. Wondering if it's not too late to legally cancel this and what will happen if I don't hand over my trade-in. Time is critical here.
