The Psychiatrist who sexually assaulted the patient while working at a hospital was spared a jail sentence after being found guilty of engaging in sexual activity with the survivor while he worked a night shift.
Jasper Gill has now been sacked and following the sentencing on Friday, July 15, the survivor has bravely opened up about their experience of reporting the attack and reliving it as a case was built for the court.
