The new Juice For Good vending machines are dotted around Sydney and offer the perfect thirst-quenching beverage. They are a collaboration between food rescue charity Thevendshop and social impact business For Purpose Co.
In an effort to combat waste and support Aussie farmers, Juice For Good uses oranges that have been rescued from commercial buyers who do not want them. These oranges are perfectly ripe, nutritious and tasty on the inside.
Since the first machine was installed in September, almost eight tonnes of imperfect oranges have been consumed. All profits are donated to Thevendshop, helping them to continue their work of food rescue and education.
