I present to your judgment a review of the glock 23 magazine airsoft pistol from WE.
I bought this pistol specifically for the competition in practical air pistol shooting. According to the rules of the competition, it is necessary to maintain the international IPSC standard, according to which only 6.0 mm pistols (airsoft) are allowed to compete. In competitions held in particular in St. Petersburg, it is allowed to use "hard" pneumatics of 4.5 mm caliber, but nevertheless, if you aim at a more serious engagement in this very exciting sport, then you need to switch to airsoft weapons.
Thus, having reviewed it on the internet, in stores, communicating with many people who are fond of pneumatic weapons, having gained experience in practical shooting training and looking at my fellow athletes, I came to the conclusion that a weapon with the following characteristics is optimal for practical shooting:
- caliber: 6.0 mm;
- energy source: green gas;
- principle of operation: block-back;
- convenient and "fast" sighting devices (front sight with an aiming bar);
- "copy number" of firearms analogues both in terms of weight and dimensions, and in the presence of such weapons in firearms centers (shooting ranges);
- store capacity: at least 22 balls;
- Availability of spare parts, service centers, prevalence;
- positive feedback from the owners of this weapon.
My first airsoft pistol was a WE Beretta M-92 (GBB, CO 2 , 22 balls, chrome body). A wonderful pistol! Wonderful "heap", sighting "range", amazing appearance! But ... during operation, the following features emerged:
- When shooting tempo frosted valve at the stores because of the carbon dioxide contained in a can of 2 , for this reason, the first store began to slack off gas valve of the inserted cartridge, the second shop, the valve does become jammed,
- the plastic guides on the block-back (gas chamber) body broke (were torn out by the roots), I am looking for this part now, but so far to no avail,
- the breakdown of the block-back case led to a break in one of the two springs of the gas chamber, further operation of the spring is not possible and it also cannot be found in the spare parts,
As shown by a survey of experts, this feature is inherent in almost all models of pistols from WE. According to the specialists of the service and warranty center of one of the St. Petersburg stores of airsoft weapons, WE received a lot of similar comments and has now released reinforced housings of block-backs (gas chambers) for these models of pistols, but they have not yet reached Russia and when no one will appear does not know.
The Tokio Marui firm, whose pistols are characterized by reliability and accuracy of shooting, enjoys a special positive feedback, but it turned out to be impossible to find these models on the Russian market, and especially in St. Petersburg, even to order! And given the high cost of pistols from TM, you can not freely think about looking for an alternative ...
Thus, after weighing everything, I decided to purchase glock 23 magazine from WE, because the alternative turned out to be even worse ... Either WE or KWJ models of which are characterized by even more negative experience of use. Who says what, but I have already come to terms with the reality of real everyday life and with the mottos: “It's better to try and regret than to regret not trying!”,
Colorful black (just think - my favorite color!) Cardboard box (numbers 17 - shiny "metallized", but the flash removed it). Inside the box there are instructions in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and, of course, Chinese, a store warranty card with a two-week warranty.
The gun itself consists of a plastic frame, a metal shutter (slider). There are two fuses: one on the trigger, the second is made in the form of a slider and is located near the trigger guard, on the frame, below the shutter, a light slider (in the photo to the bottom left of the "Made Taiwan" sticker) designed to completely block the trigger. Both fuses are valid!
The grip pads are designed to fit the pistol to the wearer's hand, basically they increase the width of the grip, thereby adjusting the position of the index finger on the trigger. Very comfortably! At first glance, a trifle, but really allows you to adjust the pistol "for yourself".
Let's proceed to an incomplete disassembly, to get acquainted with the device of the glock 23 magazine, and as our practical shooting coach Andrei Igorevich Mitrofanskiy tirelessly repeats: "Know and love your weapon!"
