Homemaker's Month is being celebrated by India's number one Mixer-Grinder brand, Preethi Kitchen Appliances, during the month of November. A homemaker is "a person, especially a woman, who manages a home," according to Google's definition of the term. But is the woman of the house the only person who makes meals and cleans the house?
This definition is being called into question by Preethi's "One Home, Many Homemakers" campaign, which encourages you to consider every member of your household to be a homemaker. The campaign illustrates how each individual, in their own unique ways, contributes to the functioning of the household.

In order to further drive this campaign, Preethi has also launched a contest across India with the hashtag #OneHomeManyHomemakers. All that is required of you is to share a story and a photo about the simple things that the homemakers in your family do to make your house feel like a home. There will be three exciting Preethi gift hampers up for grabs, and the winners will be chosen based on the quality of their stories.
