Music found in Windows folders!

In case you didn’t know, your Windows 10 computer already comes with 3 midi (music) files that you can access right now.

The songs, along with many other short sounds, are in the C:/Windows/Media folder. They are:

flourish.mid

onestop.mid

town.mid

To access the hidden music:

  1. Copy this text: C:/Windows/Media
  2. Press Windows + R
  3. Paste the text in the box
  4. Press Enter
  5. Look through the folder for the music listed above, and scroll through the other sounds.

Notes

  • The folder contains a few empty sub-folders at the start. Just ignore these and scroll down.
  • Remember to not edit or delete anything. You can copy, paste and upload the files though.
