The PTE Write Essay is part of the Writing section, which takes around half that time. The topic for each PTE essay question varies from 2 to 3 sentences, and the amount of time allocated to you depends on the number of questions you get. Throughout PTE exams, you are given a topic which may be 2 or 3 sentences long, and are required to write an argumentative or persuasive essay on it. Each PTE essay has a 20 minute limit during which you can complete your essay. Do not panic, you still need to attempt both PTE Write essay questions. When you receive two instead of one PTE Write essay question, one is marked for your score, and the other essay is used to train the PTE algorithm, to make it better. You don't know which essay is going to be marked, so use our PTE essay template and try both questions with all your heart. That's what PTE calls seeding.
It is only the PTE Writing essay task that determines your writing score in the test and is marked on seven parameters: Content, Development Structure, Form, General Linguistics, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Spelling. You must write a response between 200 and 300 words for the PTE Write essay task, which is part of the Writing section. In the PTE Write Essay exam, there are three sections: At the top, the question prompt, which is nothing more than the instructions to attempt the given question, and next to it, the timer, which starts at 20 minutes and decreases to 0, as the time passes. For each task you are assigned, you will be given a question to answer.
