Traveling to Dubai requires certain formalities to be completed before you decide to book your airline. From 29 April 2016, for GCC inhabitants (travelers holding an occupant visa of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman) venturing out to the United Arab Emirates, you should get an e-visa before you travel.
