We will discuss how to utilize Roundcube webmail today. Roundcube is a web-based email client with an easy-to-use email management interface. In order to enable users to access their email accounts via a web browser, it is frequently utilized as part of a mail server architecture.

It is frequently used in mail server configurations with Postfix and Dovecot to give users a webmail interface. Click the link if you wish to make one.

To demonstrate how to use Roundcube webmail, we will utilize the same email server.

Let's access our Roundcube login at http://mail.achra.in/roundcubemail.

Here, the option in the left corner allows us to view our inbox, sent messages, and trash. Additionally, we can log out of our current user, compose an email, and access settings.

Preferences, Folders, Identities, and Responses are the four options available in the Settings section.

Regarding preferences, each user's preferred view of their webmail client varies.

Let's configure identities in accordance with our domain name.

Press the "Save" button.

Depending on the user's choices, we can also switch the viewing mode from light to dark.

The appearance of Roundcube's Dark mode is shown above. For me, the Light mode is better. This completes one aspect of using Roundcube.

We will now discuss another aspect of using Roundcube, which is sending and receiving emails to our server's internal users. First, we'll select Compose from the menu on the left.

We will include the recipient's email address in the To field, the subject of the email in the Subject field, and the body of the email in the Subject field.

To send this email to the user or sales department, we will click Send. After sending the email, you will receive a text saying "Message sent successfully."

We will look over all of the sent emails in our Sent folder.

The Sales user has successfully received the email from Admin. By selecting Reply at the top of the email, we may respond to the administrator and verify our deliverability as well.

We will verify the response from sales after sending an email by logging in as the admin user.

Our admin account has an email. The internal email test is successful.

Now, we'll test sending emails using a Gmail account.

We've logged in and are about to send the email. Once you've written an email, click Send.

We will now look for the email in our inbox.

An email from our Gmail account has been successfully received. That concludes the instructions for using Roundcube webmail.

I hope Roundcube webmail is simple to use.
