I've had some bad experiences with dentists. I had a dental cleaning appointment and the hygienist was young and extremely flirty, so I just ignored her. Then she started to feel my teeth when she was supposed to be brushing them! After that, everyone at the dentist was extremely rude - they wouldn't let me leave until I paid more than expected, they yelled at me for having sensitive teeth, and at one point they just left me alone in the chair while they did something else next door.

This is a terrible topic to begin with, but I would be remiss if I didn’t share it with as many people that have been through similar experiences as possible. I know it sounds crazy, but many people have reported really embarrassing moments when their hygienist fled in terror or they were handed something that looked like caviar and couldn't eat anything for days afterwards because of guilt from hiding all those terrible flavors under salt & pepper!
