Description of the Business

  • One of the most common snack in our industry is lumpia that always prepare for different occasions also the empanada that are one of the most favorite merienda of Filipinos that originated in Galicia and Portugal, Spain. The J.E.C.C company create a product that will fit to the taste of Filipino and it called “Lumpianada”. A combination of two product that makes more special to boost our immunity system, protect ourselves specially in this pandemic time and to become more healthy. It enhances by adding more vegetable such as moringa, carrots and potatoes.

Description of the Product

  • Lumpianada is a combination of lumpia and empanada. The ingredients from this product contain vitamins, protein, minerals, and other nutrients. It has many benefits and is very appetizing because it is crunchy to eat and it has sweet and spicy dipping sauce. The crunchiness and nutrients packed inside the lumpianada are one of the reasons why you need to buy and consider this as your new favorite that is suitable for a snack, merienda, and other occasions.

  1. Market Analysis

Target Market

  • The target of the business is the consumer, specifically students, workers, housewives, employees, and other people within the locality of Ligtong IV Rosario, Cavite. We will present our business by serving them our product and giving them the satisfaction that they want.

Marketing Strategy

Product

  • The Lumpianada comes from the combination of this two delicious food which is lumpia and empanada. Where the lumpia wrapper and empanada fillings combined together, added more vegetables and other special ingredients. This product will boost your immune system, very delicious, and nutritious.

Packaging

  • The packaging of our product is eco-friendly, it can purchased many or per piece in brown paper bag. Outside of the paper bag is the logo sticker of our business product while inside of it are the lumpianada product and the dipping sauce of it.

Place

  • The location of the business will be positioned at 252 J. Ricafrente St. Ligtong IV Rosario, Cavite. Furniture and fixtures are already available in the place. The display area is located in front of the stall where thee volume of passers-by is considered.

Price

  • Our pricing is based on the cost of the ingredients. More likely the price value per price is ₱ 20.00.

Promotion

Food advertisements, J.E.C.C Company will use the following promotions:

• Tarpaulin signage

• Business Cards

• Packaging of product (printed labels

with contact number and address)

• Social media

• Video advertisement

• Brochure / flyers

2. Competitive Analysis

Competition

  • Business compete against one another. Product are specially prepared to provide the best possible value of money high quality, appetizing, and nutritious. Competition typical lumpianada are commonly offered by merienda shops. They are really noteworthy about their profit and customer satisfaction . But not into making the community health wise. The fact that the value of its merienda is affordable yet it consist of only a few nutrients that our body need is somewhat deceiving ourselves.
  • On the other hand, Lumpianada are essential and have amany benefits to our body . We all know and aware on our current situation that were facing the pandemic due to the Covid-19 virus. And as concerned individuals, we offer lumpianada that are highly nutritious and it will boost our immune system to protect ourselves against the virus.

3. Operation and Management

Premises

  • J.E.C.C company production area will commence operation within the J. Ricafrente St. Ligtong IV, Rosario, Cavite. This location has sufficient capacity to accommodate the plans and the future activities of the business.

Health Safety and Sanitation

  • The manager is very aware of the provisions of the health, safety, and sanitation. Inspecting and securing the working area, tools, and equipment for the safety of all staff.

Technical Description of the Product

Ingredients:

5 cloves of garlic

1 piece of onion

1 tbsp of salt

¼ cup of soy sauce

3 pieces of boiled egg

2 pieces of scrambled egg

1 tbsp of pepper

1 piece of carrot

¼ kilograms of ground pork

1 piece of mashed kamote

3 branch of moringa

¼ kilograms of lumpia wrapper
