1.Fault and maintenance of rain sensor.
In a normal rainfall environment, most of the cases are blockage problems of the tipping bucket and rain gauge funnel, which only need to be cleared in time for the blockage funnel hole to solve and restore the problem. In the case that the rainfall is not yet blocked, no rainfall data should be ranked. First, you need to configure a multimeter at the work site, twist the wires of the two terminals of the lower rain gauge, and test the two terminals with the multimeter. Wait until after the lower tipping bucket is turned over, the data indication of the multimeter is checked.
2.Temperature and humidity sensor aspect.
Check whether its maximum temperature and minimum temperature and the surrounding areas of the normal maximum and minimum temperature gap is large, if the gap is large, the accuracy distortion, the use of reduced value, first of all, to consult the information related to the working principle of the temperature sensor. Then carry a portable laptop computer installed with the relevant procedures of the regional automatic station to the site for maintenance, testing and uninstallation work, through multiple uninstallation of data comparison, if found in the inspection in addition to the temperature minutes data is not normal, other data are normal, basically you can confirm that it should be the grounding treatment of lightning, because of poor contact with the grounding device of the equipotential connection line leads to a large temperature difference. This time we have to re-treat the grounding device of the rusted grounding body bond, do all the work, turn on the power to unload the minute data to observe the changes between the temperature data until its working data are all normal.
3.Power supply system maintenance.
When the rain gauge signal work unstable, such as automatic weather station battery voltage is low, maintenance personnel first check whether there is a battery leakage phenomenon. If it is the leakage phenomenon that causes the rain gauge signal to work unstably, the staff should replace the new battery in time, and then measure whether the voltage is normal.
