- Test and update your contingency, continuity and recovery plans - don’t have any, well no time like the present to get a start on them.
- Know how and who will be communicating with staff or to clients when the usual communication lines are encrypted. This means no tems, no VOIP, no email, no nothing - what is your plan B?
- Implement a last line of defense - what happens when your traditional defense measure are breached, do you have one last hope
