The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program assists Adults and Dislocated Workers in securing meaningful employment. Upon enrollment, you'll be assigned a Career Advisor who will help you create a personalized Individual Employment Plan (IEP) based on assessments and addressing employment barriers.
Services provided include:
- Career counseling and interest assessments
- Resume and cover letter review
- Interview skills training
- Occupational skills training and job placement support
Once job-ready, you can pursue:
- **Occupational Skills Training**: Financial support for training in high-demand fields like IT and healthcare.
- **Work-Based Learning**: Opportunities for internships and on-the-job training.
You can conduct job searches independently or collaborate with your Career Advisor and Business Solutions Team. To enroll, click the link below to start your application in the One Flow System, following the Enrollment Checklist.
