How to prepare carrot cake

How to make a simple carrot cake

  • first stage

Pour the sugar into the oil and stir for five minutes until the sugar dissolves completely in the oil, then add the eggs to the ingredients and stir again for two minutes, then add the grated carrots along with the vanilla.

  • second stage

In a separate container, pour baking powder and cinnamon on the flour and sift the flour into the ingredients with a spoon, so that they mix well.

  • third level

While sifting the flour, we also combine the walnuts with the ingredients and continue mixing. Also, before putting the ingredients in the oven, heat the oven to 180 degrees. After that, we either grease the bottom of the mold or cover it with parchment paper.

  • The fourth stage

Pour the cake liquid into the mold and place the mold in the middle of the oven to cook for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the oven. After taking the cake out of the oven for half an hour, insert a toothpick into the middle of the cake. If nothing sticks to the slice, the cake is fully cooked.

  • The fifth stage

Put the cake in the grill for a few minutes to get color.
