5. Concise: In Simple words, delivery of complete statement or message in one short. As it can save the time or expense of both the presenter and receiver.

6. Coherent: All the sentences must be connected to perfect a purposeful message.

7. Courteous: It is one of the essential qualities of a communicator to represent or show some respect towards the audience or receiver while delivering the message.
