Your Goals
Obviously, if you’re in business you’ve got an end goal in mind. For most, that end goal is money (for non-profits, the goal may be something else). For me, my goals are always the same. I would like to use my skills to create businesses to get paid for helping people. Now, the interesting part is figuring out how to reach that goal.
The Basics
My analytics experience has mainly been with website Product Analytics. So, here’s a couple assumptions about your business infrastructure:
- You’ve got “Users” or “Customers” or some kind of unique identifier set up for every person using your businesses
- There are a variety of things or “Events” that users can perform in your business.
These are pretty vague, but I’d imagine most businesses can be modeled this way. I’m sure even brick and mortar places
