Your senses may have been numbed by the false matrix

The chances are that your senses may have been numbed by the false matrix.

If you pay attention, you’ll notice that people who are ‘psychics’ are often labeled as ‘woo-woo,’ crazy, ungrounded, or performing some sort of witchcraft... the list goes on. Our innate abilities are denied or even mocked by the norms formed by a controlled society. The ultimate purpose (though not known to the masses) is to limit us into believing that we are nothing more than our 3D physical bodies.

And it doesn’t end here. Our basic six senses are weaponised to undermine our ability to tap into the unseen realm and connect with our higher selves, which, again, are our innate abilities as multi-dimensional human beings. Higher sense perceptions come as part of our organic God technology - the human body. It is not possible to remove them from us. One of the ways to hide them from us is by distracting us through overstimulation and numbing our physical senses in the external world.

Awakened from Inversion series

This is another new series I’m creating after the Word Power series. In this and future Awakened from Inversion articles, I will be sharing perspectives on inverted or twisted ideas, concepts, beliefs, cultures, and the so-called “norms” that are designed to manipulate and control human consciousness within the false matrix. By the way, these ideas have been around for decades, or even thousands of years, so deeply infiltrated that the sleeping masses don’t even give them a second thought. They are things close to us, occurring in our daily lives, so twisted that they feel unnatural - meaning they are not originally from our organic nature and creation.

It’s like the documentary movie The Matrix. Neo, aka ‘the One,’ meets Morpheus (sometimes I wonder if the name Morpheus metaphorically means ‘metamorphosis,’ the transformation of the awakened One/Neo). So, in this series, I’ll be throwing out some red pills.

Or like the movie The Truman Show. Jim Carrey finds out that his world is fake - nothing is actually real, not even his identity in his designed ‘movie.’ Eventually, he chooses to find his way out of the man-made (false matrix) world.

Just a gentle note: take what resonates. If it’s not for you, simply move on with mutual respect.

The more we expand our consciousness by looking at our world through different lenses, the more we realise that we’re living in an artificially designed world with not-so-great intentions. The first step is to become aware of where we lose our power without even knowing. Then, we can make the choice (or not, your free will) to reclaim our sovereignty and power.

The world of distraction.

The distraction is real. Our basic six senses - vision, hearing, taste, smell, touch, and feeling - are constantly overstimulated from every direction in our lives.

Some of the most obvious examples: We are constantly bombarded by visuals such as images, posts, graphics, videos, and reels on social media, mainstream pop music, and video games that are tuned to certain frequencies or contain subliminal messages harmful to the body, mind, and soul.

Processed food and drinks are everywhere. Artificial colors and flavors cause addiction and disrupt our hormones. The smell of artificially formulated perfumes, candles, skincare, and cleaning products sends false messages to the mind while covering up the toxic chemicals used in these products.

Movies and songs that are designed to magnify tragedy and suffering, normalise twisted, unhealthy relationships with family members, social circles, and even money - with the intention to provoke negative emotions, thoughts, and beliefs not only negatively impact our views on every aspect of our lives, but also create trapped negative emotions in our bodies, causing imbalances that should not have been there in the first place

What about touch? We are taught by the media and entertainment industries how to sexually arouse another person to obtain obsessive sexual pleasure, which leads to the creation of karmic cords and relationships. This is the attention they want us to focus on, rather than showing us that our sacral chakra is the pleasure center that generates organic creative energy and the pure frequency of joy for lasting manifestation. In some cultures, we are taught to avoid showing affection, such as hugging and holding hands with family members and friends, which deepens human connection.

These are just a few examples I thought of off the top of my head. When our physical senses become overly stimulated by the external world, we lose touch with our true sense of self within because we are too busy reacting and responding to external stimuli. We give our power to them, leading us to think, feel, do, and be in certain ways. The overstimulated senses not only numb our ability to pick up subtle data that are beneficial to us, but they are so ‘loud’ that they cover up the subtle messages - or the inner voice - of our bodies, which are trying to get in touch with us every moment to guide us back to balance and neutrality.

To be able to listen to our body and soul, we must go WITHIN. But first, we need to remove the noise - the noise that submerges the inner voice and subtle higher senses that help us pick up subtle data and frequencies from the body and energetics.

It’s like drinking coffee (in this context, it's a bad thing). The more you drink, the more you rely on caffeine to energise you. As your energy gets depleted, you become less aware of how much energy you've actually lost from doing the exact same thing over and over again.

Thanks for reading The Rooted Star! This post is public so feel free to share it.

Detox from overstimulation.

So, now you have an idea of how much our lives are infiltrated. The empowering thing is that we have the power to change it. We can start removing ourselves from unnecessary stimulation and things that numb our physical senses. These things water down our higher senses and our ability to tap within.

Below is a list of things we can start doing. They may seem unrelated to our senses; in fact, you might even say, "I can definitely taste the cheese in my Cheetos - my taste buds ain’t numb!" The thing is, they aim to numb the sensitivity of your taste buds' ability to identify what’s good and bad for your well-being. More precisely, they intend to numb your ability to receive this information from your taste buds, ie your body that is trying to communicate with you the whole time. They also take away the joy of connecting with your organic inner and outer worlds. It’s a deeper level of numbness that we want to “un-numb”, if you know what I mean.

  1. Avoid artificial food, drinks, and ingredients that pull your energy and frequency down, such as seed oils, fast food, GMOs, artificial sweeteners, confectionery, chips, etc.
  2. Consume real food and drink, or as close to its original form as possible.
  3. Switch to natural, non-toxic products for skin and hair care, clothing, bedding, cleaning products, etc.
  4. Spend time in nature and embrace the sun.
  5. Ground yourself.
  6. Limit your time spent on social media and electronics. You’ll notice that even switching to airplane mode makes a huge difference.
  7. Avoid watching TV (aka. tell-lie-vision) and obsessively engaging with dramas, as they often contain reversed and inverted codes. Horror, thrillers, and sad movies create false experiences of negative emotions and tragedies that your brain interprets as real traumatic events.
  8. Avoid mainstream music, songs, and lyrics that convey twisted ideas, video games, and mindless scrolling through reels. Constantly engaging in these activities creates space for negative subliminal messages to enter the subconscious mind.
  9. Uplifting, soothing, high-frequency music and sounds can be healing, such as 432 Hz, Tibetan bowls, the sound of nature such as ocean waves or birds chirping, or even light languages (ensure they are aligned with the highest and purest frequencies only).
  10. Opt for outdoor time and sunlight whenever you can, rather than indoor and artificial light.
  11. Increase human connection - physically interact with family and friends whenever and as often as you can. Give compliments, smiles, and hugs. Share experiences, jokes, and laughter.
  12. Gratitude helps us feel positive and realise that abundance is already present around us. Think of people, things, and experiences you are grateful for, even when you’re feeling down. Say it, mean it, and feel it.
  13. Be present. Practice mindful listening, talking, walking, eating, doing, feeling, and most importantly, BE-ing.
  14. Simply slow down. You’ll notice more, feel more, appreciate more, and “live” more.
  15. Touch your body with the intention to deepen the bond. Send love to it. Your body is yearning to connect with you deeply

The key is to stay away from artificial and excessive stimulation as much as you can, and tune back into your body and nature as often as possible. You’ll find yourself becoming more and more sensitive to artificial stimulation once your sensory balance is restored.

But what good does it do for me, you ask? Well, it allows you to be more in tune with your body naturally, so when you come into contact with something toxic, you will feel your body resist it. This is the first step in listening to your body, mind, and soul.

Another way for you to test this for yourself is with LED light and candles. Turn on an LED lamp at night for a while and notice how you feel. Then switch it off and light an unscented, non-toxic candle. Pay attention to the energy in your body and the atmosphere in your room. You may find that the LED light subtly overstimulates your nervous system through your skin and eyes, whereas the candle flame does the complete opposite. It calms your nervous system and allows you to be more present.

I hope this helps you start detoxing your six senses.

Happy detoxing!

Bliss,

Peace🌻
